What could be enough for you?
Abolishing the kingdom reign
Establishing the new regime of your choice
Gaining the total control of the nation
Owning the right to decide what to be done
Wasn't that enough?
Able to send your kids to school
To become future rulers and priests
Some into decision makers for the country
And make your family proud indeed
Wasn't that enough?
They were a minority group
You had nothing to be afraid of
If you'd have chosen unity and peace
And love to flourish among your people
Was it necessary sending them to exile?
What happened to the old custom?
Of sitting together and brainstorm as a trio
Seeking answers to the threat of the nation
Three Stones hold a cooking pot, culture says
Why would you need to throw the third away?
Smashing it completely would give you
Nothing but a lot of sand on the ground
Knock knock on the door; land infertility
That wasn't a poverty solving strategy
But hatred flowing in your veins
Almost to burst your innocent heart.
Taking away fathers and brothers
Would've made sense to humankind history
Yet, you were too far from your satisfactions
You crossed the line on moms and kids
Even reached to fetus swimming in the womb!
I wonder if you made peace with your mind
I wonder if it was really worthy doing
I wonder if your god is proud of you
Cause you're a disgrace to Benimana
A traitor in front of our ancestors' God.
